Terms of Service
CONDENSED TERMS
Please note that the following serves as a summary and/or outline of conditions and may be missing terms applicable to any order. Please continue below for full terms of service.
Payment must be provided up front for orders below $50USD.
Orders above $50USD will be paid half up front and half upon completion.
Payment must be USD, and will be made through Paypal or Venmo.
Product will be delivered digitally after payment.
Seller is not responsible for loss of product after delivery.
Product is not authorized under any circumstance for use as NFT/on blockchain
Customer has the right to the following number of revisions dependent on product category:

Color changes may be requested, within reason, without counting towards total revisions. Major changes, such as pose and outfit alterations, may only be requested during sketching stage. Changes in expression, shading, pattern, etc, may be requested at any stage.
Customer may request refund on orders that have made no progress within the following time frames, dependent on product category:

Products cannot be used for commercial purposes, nor for the purposes of reproduction or merchandising. For commercial work, please inquire by email.
Customers that do not communicate within a reasonable time-frame may be subject to order cancellation.
Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
TERMS OF SERVICE

This contract applies to the artist hereafter referred to as 'Seller' and person or institution hereafter referred to as 'Customer' purchasing from Seller a work of art further called 'Product'. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENT:
1. Payment must be conducted through either Paypal or Venmo.
2. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to $50USD.
3. On orders above $50USD Customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The remaining half must be paid upon Product completion.
4. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.
|| || 4b. Customer will be informed in the event that an order is not eligible for split payment before work commences. Seller will not proceed with the order until a payment schedule is agreed upon by both parties.
5. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the agreed upon schedule.
PRODUCT DELIVERY:
6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address provided by Customer after the final payment has been received by Seller.
7. Any other method of delivery must be mutually agreed upon before work commences. Customer is obligated to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery methods such as digital service fees, subscription fees, etc.
|| || 7b. Customer agrees that under no circumstances will Seller provide or deliver a physical Product.
8. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to propose alternate delivery accessible to both parties. Seller cannot be held responsible for Customer’s loss of access to delivery method or loss of delivered files.
|| || 8b. Upon delivery of the product, it is Customer’s responsibility to store it properly. Seller cannot guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that Customer lost their files.
9. Product is not authorized under any circumstance for use as NFT/on blockchain
REVISIONS:
9. Customer has the right to 4 complete revisions in the sketch stage for orders of Product labeled Line Art, Colored Illustration, and Comic Pages. For orders of Product labeled Sketch, Customer has the right to 2 complete revisions in the sketch stage.
10. Customer has the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits during late production such as minor alterations to shading, or changes in color, expression, and patterns. Any requests above the specified level of complexity will require prior mutual agreement and may result in additional charges. Any such charges will be invoiced separately. Work on any such requests will not commence until payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.
CURRENCY CONVERSION:
11. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in USD.
12. It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees, and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.
13. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller’s account is equal to the invoice amount in USD.
REFUND POLICY:
14. Customer has the right to request a full refund when the Product has not been completed within three months or if there has been no progress for the following amount of time dependent on Product category: for Sketch, two consecutive weeks; for Line Art, four consecutive weeks; for Color Illustration, six consecutive weeks; for Comic Pages, eight consecutive weeks.
|| || 14b. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work or do not fit exactly into previously outlined categories must be agreed separately before work commences.
|| || || 14c. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.
15. Customer is obligated to communicate with Seller in a timely manner to any requests for comment, clarification, progress approval, etc. Lack of communication on behalf of the Customer for a period of one month or longer will result in order cancellation unless a specific timeline is otherwise negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.
CANCELLATION:
16. Seller reserves every right to refuse or cancel any order under condition of full refund without providing reasons to Customer.
17. Customer may request order cancellation under condition of partial payment proportionate to Product’s level of completion at the time of cancellation.
18. Disrespectful behavior or failure to comply with agreed upon terms may result in cancellation without the right of Customer receiving a refund. Customers that have previously incurred cancellation without refund may be subject to upfront refusal of service.
PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE:
19. Product received by Customer is for personal use only. Any commercial use such as resale or reproduction of the Product is expressly forbidden.
|| || 19b. Customers interested in Products approved for commercial use must inquire separately by email. Products approved for commercial use will require unique terms and conditions defined and agreed upon by both parties.STANDARD TIMELINE & PROCESS

3. Low resolution sketch/thumbnail approval
4. Low resolution color progress approval

7. Final payment for orders above $50
8. Full resolution unwatermarked digital file delivery
